Understanding God’s Plan – Scriptures

 

These are bible verses that are about understanding God’s plan.

It is important to know that His plans always prevail over our own.

Proverbs 3: 5-6

5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Psalms 147:5

Great is our LORD, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.

Isaiah 55:9

For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Psalms 48:14

For this GOD is our GOD for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.

Isaiah 40:28

Hast thou not known? Hast thou not heard, that the everlasting GOD, the LORD, the creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? There is no searching of his understanding.

Deuteronomy 7:9

Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;

Proverbs 19:21

 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.

Deuteronomy 31:6

 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.

Romans 8:28

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
