Store Policies and FAQs

Praying Girls Rock Online Store strives to provide quality products at reasonable prices. Due to the possibility that our customers will need to make exchanges and returns, we have implemented the following store policies:



We accept only Paypal payments. We will not start on an order without payment of the products. If you decide to cancel the order (and if we have not begun making it), we will promptly cancel the order (and encourage you to visit our online store again soon). Once we have begun on your order, it is at the seller’s discretion to allow cancellation. Please use the Contact Us Page to do so.


We ship using USPS,  which normally takes 1-3 business days to arrive.  We track all packages and occasionally send packages with Signature Confirmation.
We cannot guarantee delivery date, but we do state scheduled shipping timing. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped. Included in this email will be your tracking information.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund and Exchange Time Period: We must hear from you within 14 days of receipt of the product to consider refunds/exchanges.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders are not eligible for a refund. We will however refund/remake a custom order if we made an error. In order to receive approval to have part of your order (or all) remade due to our error, the buyer must return the product (at their expense) to the seller for inspection. All returns should be postmarked no later than 14 days after original delivery has occurred and sent to:

It is the seller’s prerogative to accept an exchange. If the seller feels as if the buyer created the damage, no exchange will be approved and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to retrieve the product.

STANDARD STOCK ORDERS: Need a different size? We will exchange your tee upon receipt and inspection of your original order. The buyer is responsible for shipping the original (unworn, and in the original packaging) back to the seller. All returns to be sent to:

We process exchanges within 10 business days of receipt of the original item.

REFUNDS (non-custom orders): If you receive your order and want to return the product for a refund, you should return the product (unworn, and in the original packaging) to the following address:

ALL RETURNS FOR A REFUND WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE (and the product must not show signs of wear or tear). We inspect all returns. If there is any damage or visible signs of wear or tear, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

1-3 Tees in the same order: 2 business days

4-8 Tees in the same order: 4 business days

9-15 Tees in the same order: 6 business days

16-29 Tees in the same order: 8 business days

30+ Tees in the same order: Assessed at the time of the order
If you need your order faster then our standard processing, we will assess an additional fee. Please communicate with us your expectation so that we can assess if we will accept the Rush Order terms. The Rush Fee will be based on your terms.


ARE THE T_SHIRT SIZES STANDARD?  Yes. We use popular brands so that you can make a good choice on the size of your tee(s).

Here’s our Measurements for each Tee style:


SMALL: Length – 25-inches, Bust Width – 14.5-inches

MEDIUM: Length – 25.5-incles, Bust Width – 15.5-inches

LARGE: Length – 26-inches, Bust Width – 17-inches

X-LARGE: Length – 28-inches, Bust Width – 18.5-inches

PLEASE NOTE: If you selected the FITTED Tee, it is designed to fit snug to the body. Most customers size the Tee up one to two sizes from the Traditional Unisex style tee they wear (the most common TeeShirt style).


WOMEN’S 2X-LARGE: Bust – 44-inches, Waist – 38-inches

WOMEN’S 3X-LARGE: Bust – 46-inches, Waist- 42-inches

WOMEN’S 4X-LARGE: Bust – 48-inches, Waist- 46-inches
